A mint and large sized, silver plated, key-less wind Swiss lever pocket watch with a very rare green and gold enamel dial, and keeping excellent time. The watch just cleaned and overhauled by my watch-maker and keeping very good time for a 100 year old pocket watch. This is a beautifully made man's pocket watch, dating from ca. 1910.
THE DIAL: 100% mint, the green and gold enamel dial with raised Arabic numerals and in bright condition with no chips or hairlines. The dial with fine gold spade hands. Diameter is 44 mm. The crystal is also in excellent condition.
THE MOVEMENT: 100% mint, with a gilded full plate and a Bosely regulator, and blue steel screws. A cut two arm bimetallic balance, with hairspring and lever escapement. The movement overall of very good quality. The watch ticking away on my desk as I type this, and keeping very good time for a 100 year old watch.
THE CASE: 100%, the nickel plated case measures an impressive 48 mm. The front and rear covers are excellent, both are hinged and close nice and tightly. The case in very crisp and clean condition, most unusual for this type of case. This is a high quality watch, a work of art in its own right in crisp condition.
