The case stamped 18k gold and with a case number of 35132. There are also Swiss hall marks and region marks. Please note that we do not re-polish cases to give a new look, as this often results in surfaces and edges being abraded as is so often the case. The case inner dust cuvette with presentation inscription from Johnson, Walker and Tolhurst of New Bond Street.
The case with several elegant features setting it apart from the norm: firstly the stylised Art Deco solid gold bow; secondly the attention on the delicate snap on case covers, still as tight and crisp as when first made; the very fine and delicate work to the case bezel; and finally showing the attention of a master case-maker, at the 12.00 position where the front and rear covers close next to the pendant, there are tiny arched cut-outs to allow a tight and snug fit. However best of all is the case thickness, 5.0 mm, a super-narrow high grade watch.
