A immaculate and rare solid silver high-grade 15 jewelled keyless-wind pocket watch, fully serviced, overhauled and keeping good time and guaranteed. The watch has been fully serviced by my watch-maker, however, please do not expect quartz time keeping with a 150 year old watch. This is a beautifully made Swiss 19th century pocket watch, dating from the late 19th century.
The watch is clearly marked silver and in a period case. The watch is in full working order and comes complete with a presentation box. The watch is in very fine condition, all joints and hinges to the case are as crisp and tight as when first made, and this watch is a great piece for any serious collector or romantic.
THE DIAL: 100% mint, the white colored enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and gold dots to outer edge in bright condition and rare red "12". Dial with blued steel breguet moon hands. Diameter is 22 mm. The crystal is also in excellent condition.
THE MOVEMENT: 100% mint, with gilded plates and finely gilded balance cock. A ruby endstone setting to balance cock and blue steel screws. An uncut 9k gold balance and hairspring and jewelled through the train. The watch ticking away very strongly and just cleaned and overhauled by my watch-maker. The watch is keyless wind for winding and hand-set.
THE CASE: 100%,the solid silver case measures 32 mm outside diameter and 32 mm long (excluding the bow). The front cover and rear cover both closing tightly to the case. The rear cover is heavily engraved with crisp and fresh engraving. The watch with Swiss marks, and silver hall marks. The watch clearly reserved for Sunday best and in excellent condition, barely used.
