A mint and rare condition stainless steel Swiss mens vintage Omega wrist watch dating from 1937. The watch with a stunning stainless steel case and high grade 15 jewelled movement, the watch with a satin silver dial. The watch has just been fully serviced and overhauled by my watch-maker and is keeping excellent time.
THE DIAL: 100% mint, the restored satin silverd dial with luminous Arabic numerals and signed "Omega Swiss Made". Dial with cathedral hands and subsidary seconds hand. Diameter is 25 mm. The new crystal is also in excellent condition.
THE MOVEMENT: 100% mint, with typical Omega silver steel colored plates. The watch with a compensated regulator and two arm bimetallic balance, with overcoiled hairspring. The movement fully signed "Omega", and with 15 jewels. The watch with its original domed steel button. The movement is an Omega 26.5 T2 calibre and the number is 8,607,xxx (dates the watch to 1937). The watch is a stunning example of high grade Omega engineering.
THE CASE: 100% mint, the stainless steel case measures 30 mm outside diameter, and 35 mm to ends of lugs. The front cover is excellent and the snap on stainless steel rear cover closing tightly. The watch case overall in very fine order. The inside of case with the "Omega Watch Co" triangular mark and the case number of 933.xxx. The watch comes with a new high quality leather watch band and a new red leatherette presentation box.
